A renowned resort and ski mecca, Chamonix is known for its vibrant atmosphere, diverse terrain, and access to some of the highest peaks in the Alps, including Mont Blanc (15,000 feet). Expect plenty of apres ski and entertainment when you’re ready to take a break from the slopes.

 

Chamonix Mont Blanc includes five distinct ski areas. It offers more than 29,000 acres and 119 trails for all ski and snowboard levels, including off-piste terrain.

Baggage:
Included in the economy class ticket 1 carry-on (max 9kg 55x40x23cm),1 personal item (up to 40x30x10cm) and 1 checked baggage (max 23kg and 158cm in total h+w+d) Your first ski/snow equipment is complimentary/free. See below.

Additional free baggage: 1 pair of skis or snowboard counts as a piece of baggage. A pair of ski poles and a pair of ski or snowboard boots counts as a another piece of baggage.

Note a separate boot bag is not considered ski equipment but a second luggage piece.

GENERAL RELEASE - HOBOKEN SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB

I understand that the Hoboken Ski & Snowboard Club, Inc. (hereafter the “Club”) is a year-round skiing, sports and social club, which sponsors a variety of activities, including skiing, ski racing, ski instruction, camping, canoeing, softball, volleyball and other sports and social events. I am aware that many of the Club’s activities, including skiing, ski racing and ski instruction, are inherently dangerous activities, which involve the risk of serious injury or even death. I understand that the Club is a non-profit organization and that its members, officers, directors, delegates, committee chairpersons, committee members and instructors serve only in the capacity of volunteers. I agree that by participating in any Club-related activity, I am responsible for my own safety and agree that I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks involved in any such activity.

I am aware that many of the activities organized by the Club, including those enumerated in paragraph 1 above, are inherently dangerous activities, which involve the risk of serious injury or even death.



I understand that the Club is a non-profit organization and that its members, officers, directors, delegates, committee chairpersons, committee members and instructors serve only in the capacity of volunteers. I agree that by participating in any Club-related activity I am responsible for my own safety and agree that I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks involved in any such activity.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree that I will not institute any lawsuit or other legal action against the Club, its officers, directors, delegates, committee chairpersons, committee members, instructors, agents, representatives, servants, or assigns as a result of my participation in or injury from any Club related, Club organized, Club-advertised, Club-sponsored or Club-subsidized activity.

I understand and acknowledge that the Club is acting in reliance upon agreements made by me in this Release in order to extend to me the benefits of membership in the Club and that, were I not willing to abide by the terms of this document, such membership and opportunity to participate in Club-related, Club organized, Club-advertised, Club-sponsored or Club-subsidized activities would not be extended to me.

I understand and acknowledge that Club members are acting in reliance upon agreements made by me in this Release in volunteering their services and, in some instances, their homes and vehicles and that, were I not willing to abide by the terms of this document, their services, homes and vehicles would not be extended to me.

I hereby acknowledge and hereby agree to release and discharge the Club, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, charges, and obligations, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which against the Club, I or my

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of time to the date of this Release.

This Release shall bind me, my heirs, executors, representatives, successors and assigns.
